Description: Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow Belt Certified Professional is a capability and competency building course. Provided as contact education and led by Senior Leaders and Consultants as in-class training the course ends with a In-Class Certification Exam conducted by The Janus Institute.
 
What you will Learn? 
Yellow Belt Pros become well versed in the foundational elements of the LSS Methodology, Lead limited improvement projects and / or serves as a team member as a part of complex improvement projects lead by a Certified Green Belt or Certified Black Belt. A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Pro possesses a thorough understanding of the elementary aspects of the Lean Six Sigma Method including competence in the subject matters contained within the phases of Define, Measure, and Control (DMC) as defined by the IAS.
 
Intended Audience: This course will help you in improving your problem solving skills. If you support the improvement team in data collection, problem identification or any other way, this course is for you.
